Patty is a lifelong athlete whose journey has spanned running, strength training, and now yoga. Certified in Vinyasa Krama yoga since 2013 (trained by Roman Szpond at Inner Strength) and a graduate of CorePower’s Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training in 2018, she has been sharing her passion for movement for over a decade.

As a full-time working mother of four daughters—one in heaven and three here with us—Patty has always embraced life with resilience and determination. At 50 years old, she made the bold decision to pursue her dream, creating SALT as a project inspired by her love of intuitive movement and strength building.

For Patty, movement has always been more than exercise—it’s a way to gain control, find peace, and transform. Through SALT, she shares the practices that have shaped her personal journey, creating a space where others can feel empowered and strong.

Whether she’s cheering on her daughters or guiding a room full of motivated individuals, Patty’s energy and dedication shine through in everything she does.

Jill’s fitness journey started at a young age, specifically in high school, where she ran track. She went on to run Division II Cross Country and Track at Bentley College as a three-season athlete. After college, she ran many half marathons and completed the Boston Marathon.

Jill continued to run road races while raising her three children but knew she needed a change and challenge to her fitness routine. She fell in love with pilates and yoga, which helped alleviate the aches and pains of running long distances.

In 2018, Jill became certified as a Yoga Sculpt Instructor after completing the CorePower Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training. She loved the challenging sequences, heated classes, music, and yoga community. The pandemic paused her teaching yoga sculpt, but led her to rediscover her love of running. She became the Head Coach for the Milton Academy Boys’ Cross Country and Distance Track teams. She will continue to coach in the fall and spring seasons and teach at SALT.

Jill feels blessed to continue her fitness journey with the team and members of SALT. Maybe she will even connect with a few new running buddies for an occasional long run!

Jessica Hajjar, Instructor

Movement has always been a part of who I am. I grew up dancing from the age of three, and that early love for music and expression naturally evolved into a passion for running and yoga. After completing my Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training with CorePower in 2013, I’ve spent the last 12+ years guiding others through movement that is both empowering and deeply grounding.

As a full-time working new mom of two, I understand the beautiful chaos of balancing work, family, and self-care. I know how hard it can be—especially for new moms—to make space for themselves. That’s why I’m passionate about creating classes that are accessible, energizing, and supportive for all life stages.

My classes are challenging—designed to push you to the edge of what you thought was possible. I’ll motivate you, cheer you on, and guide you through the tough moments, because I believe real transformation lives just outside your comfort zone. And you’re capable of more than you think.

As a Belmont native, I’m thrilled to return home and share the power of movement with this community. Whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time or coming back to reconnect with your strength, I’m here to meet you where you are—and to help you grow from there.
